LPS Services, like many companies, had to reimagine how we did business in the "covid era". Limiting close contact stopped us from conducting in-person interviews and training. While this was not ideal, it did open our minds to the possibilities! By going digital we have been able to streamline so many of our processes and in turn made things so much easier and more accessible to our employees, clients, and potential new-hires. While we are certainly thankful that the world these days is looking a little more familiar by the day, we are just as thankful for the take aways we gained over the last two years.
